i decided to create a thread where people can ask questions about rules if anything is unclear to them. remember that this is a help section so be serious, and ask/answer in a positive and helpful manner.
let me be the first off to ask a question about rules, directed at Tukangkisah as he is the head administrator and owner of this site:
is discussion or suggestion of hacks, cracks, or warez allowed? i know u said no illegal stuff, but at the same time i understand someone asked for the possible torrenting of vbulletin. clarification would be appreciated.
